Gravy Boone is a teenage inventor living in Sawville, Indiana. With the help of his best friend Nathan, they build the Boattrain, Gravy’s most awesome creation yet. It’s an all-terrain vehicle sure to take top prize at the Marion County Science Fair and catapult Gravy into the limelight.
The only person standing in Gravy’s way is his nemesis Melvin Snurley. He wants the top prize at the fair and will stop at nothing to win, even if it means demolishing the Boattrain and Gravy along with it. The tension mounts to the ultimate showdown at the fair between two inventors who are desperate to be the best.
The rivalry tests the friendship between Gravy and Nathan and their chance of winning the fair. Through this battle, Gravy learns the value of friendship, teamwork, and humility.
